Private Instruction
My lessons are most often in your dogs environment when behaviour is at it’s worst. I encourage everyone who deals with your dog to attend. Dog-House Call $60 first hour, $15 additional 1/2 hour.

Some dogs and owners have complex problems and I am happy to spend up to four hours helping you manage and over come issues with your dog during a typical day in your life. $125

Small obedience practice in the parks around town help keep you on track with training. Can be scheduled at your convenience privately or arranged with other dog owners. $25 per dog. Save on groups of 4 or more.

Perfect Puppy - Get your puppy off to a good start by learning about puppy behavior, training, home grooming and preventative health care. Adults should know these things too!

• Find out what necessities you will need to make it smoothly through the puppy stage and how to puppy proof your home.
• Important manners such as sit, down and stay, take treats gently, go to your place, wait for your food, wait at the door, come when called.
• House-training, crate training, polite greetings of guests, what’s all right to chew and what’s not.
• Socialization to things in your home and neighborhood. Inside: vacuum cleaner, brooms, and strange noises. Outside: Cars, bikes, strollers, buses, garden hoses, garbage day etc.
• Learning to accept and enjoy grooming: Teeth and ear cleaning, nail clipping, bathing, brushing.
• Learning to accept and enjoy visits to the vet: Teeth and ear check-up, paw and leg palpation, being lifted, having temperature taken.

In Home Day Care, Training & Socialization
Occasionally dogs can benefit from spending some time with me in my home. I reinforce daily manners such as, not barging through doors, jumping or being mouthy. Dogs learn to play and socialize together and I encourage them to sit politely if they want food or treats. If you have training needs, they may be able to be addressed while staying with me. Further training for you in your home is necessary to learn the commands your dog did, and for all of you to learn your new roles in the family's pack. $30-$55/day

Group Therapy Socialization Walks & Obedience Class

Training program to help all dogs become well adjusted to life. A canine support group helps fearful or aggressive dogs become comfortable and confident in their surroundings and in the presence of other dogs. All walks are on leash, the goal is to have well behaved dogs that are a joy.
